I can't believe this place! Absolutely stunning village and location. I can't believe what good value the booking represents. I want to come back and bring my family and show them what an idyllic English village actually looks like. Lovely host. Fab facility. Generous hospitality. English at our best!

Marian and Steve were wonderful hosts, and were on site ready to help if you need anything.|The single room was plenty big enough and even had a fridge and microwave. It was warm and cosy. I'll definitely be booking again!

Needed an overnight stopover in the Stratford area. Church Farm was perfect, a very clean and tidy room, with ensuite facilities, also a fridge and microwave. A lovely village, with peaceful surroundings and the owners are a very nice, pleasant and helpful couple.
Well done, top marks.
Russ.👍🙂

The Church Farm is a warm and welcoming B&B that is truly on a working farm. It is perfect for a pastoral getaway, a lovely area for walks. It’s close to Stratford-Upon-Avon and there are local pubs to explore nearby. The owners are very …

Church Farm offers a comfortable place to sleep at very affordable rates, it’s on a family run working farm & the family are all very welcoming.
James put up with us gawping at him whilst he went about his work & our children played together trying to round up the sheep & they had a great time seeing all the animals.
Marion’s breakfast was delicious and she was very warm with the children.
Would highly recommend & it’s worth looking out for other ventures they might start up on the farm in the future.

I stayed here for one night prior to a cycling event taking place in Stratford the following day. What a gem! I received the warmest welcome from Marion and Steve on arrival who have a wealth of local knowledge. My twin room was compact but spacious enough and very clean. Lovely quiet rural location. Felt very safe as a solo traveller.

Wonderful hosts, very friendly, interested, and welcoming, with great energy. We stayed here for 2 night as part of our holiday, we are Dutch. Owners gave us lots of helpful information. Great breakfast and lovely to see the farm animals. Nice and quiet place, with free parking. Clean rooms. The bunk bed was a little less comfortable for an adult. I think there was a plastic cover under the sheet, which was not so comfortable. Fridge in the room was nice. Close to a nice river picknick area where you could sit, or swim, and relax, with free parking. Lots a nice restaurants in the area. Would go there again!
